Kuli Kuli also known as Groundnut Cake, is a popular snack in Northern Nigeria. Kuli Kuli is made from roasted peanuts. It’s often spiced and shaped into crunchy, bite-sized balls or bars.
Today, I’d take you through the ingredients and process of making Kuli Kuli.
Ingredients
groundnut 20 cups
Salt
Water
Maggi
Pepper
Procedure
Fry your groundnut, Allow to cool down.
Peel the back n blow Away the back.
Grind it into paste,
Add teaspoon full salt
And Maggi..
Add 1 teaspoon pepper(optional)
Add two cups of water
Turn very well until oil starts to come out,
Separate the oil from the paste
Mould on a board to get the desire shape and fry till golden brown.
Your kulikuli is ready..
Note: this can be served with any juice or drink of choice and also used in place of peanut when having your soaked Garri😂.
