Healthy living should be a major concern and a targeted goal to be achieved not just by yearning for it but it should by the lifestyle of every individual. The rate at which people disregard the necessity for healthy living is alarming.
Have you heard about this ridiculous saying that “Disease does not kill an African Man”. I find this statement an absurd assumption to defend the act of unhealthy living. Healthy living has to do with certain habits that improve the social, physical, and mental state of a person.
There’s an adage by Virgil which says “The greatest Wealth is Health”. This proverb stipulates the relevance of a healthy state of a person which determines how far he or she can go in life and make achievements.
Anyone who fails to take adequate care of his health will face the consequences of unhealthy critical conditions and such a person begins to struggle to live a happy and free life.
Take, for instance, an American Actor known for his distinctive roles who died in 2014 as a result of acute mixed drug intoxication.
Do you still remember a Nigerian entertainer and Comic Actor who died of cardiac arrest, he was also known to be a heavy smoker.
Certainly, the Health of an individual is his investment, it serves as a determiner of the productivity and efficiency of an individual. When you are in a stable health condition you tend to be confident about making your dreams and aspirations in life become a reality.
