Soya Milk

Soya milk, also known as soy milk, is a plant-based beverage made from soybeans. It is produced by soaking and grinding soybeans, then boiling the mixture and straining out the solids to produce a smooth, creamy liquid.

Soya milk is a popular alternative to cow’s milk for people who are lactose intolerant, allergic to dairy, or following a vegan diet. It is rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals, including calcium and vitamin D, making it a nutritious option for those seeking dairy-free alternatives.

Soya milk can be consumed on its own, used in cooking and baking, or added to coffee, tea, smoothies, and cereal. It is available in various flavors, including plain, sweetened, and flavored varieties such as chocolate and vanilla.
