Getting the right meal plan can be one of the most difficult plans for any stay-at-home mom, family, caregiver, vegetarian, weight loss candidate, diabetic patient, etc. I have decided to relieve you of the stress by creating this special meal plan, especially for vegetarians.

Remember to adjust portion sizes and ingredients to match your specific preferences and calorie needs.

Day 1:

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with honey and mixed berries.

Lunch: Spinach and feta stuffed whole-grain pita with a side of cucumber and tomato salad.

Dinner: Lentil and vegetable curry served with brown rice.

Snack: Carrot and celery sticks with hummus.

Day 2:
