Baked Salmon with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

– 2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

– 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots), chopped

– Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary. Drizzle with olive oil.
