Ingredients:
– 2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots), chopped

Instructions:
