Gulliswa is one of the Northerners’ favorite snacks. Yes, it’s Northern, but trust me other parts of the country love it when they come across it. It’s Yummy, healthy, and tasty. How about we go straight to making this delicious Northern delight?
INGREDIENTS:
- Milk one 2 cups
2 Sugar one cup
- Water half cup
PROCEDURE:
Pour your milk and sugar in a bowl and add little water and mix to get a dough just like you are making a chin chin dough
When properly mix, roll in round shapes
Put your oil on fire on a low heat
When oil is hot, drop your dough in it one after the other and stare gently so that it won’t scattere.
Remove from oil when it’s properly fried and drain with a paper towel
Serve and enjoy or you package for sales.
