If you are not a lover of Eggroll maybe this article is not for you. However, You probably have someone that knows someone that knows someone that likes Eggroll, so jump on this recipe.

For this recipe, you’d need the following ingredients as listed below.

Ingredients

4 cups of flour

10 eggs (boiled egg)

1/4 cup of sugar

Vegetable oil for frying

1 teaspoon milk flavor

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

5 tablespoons butter

Pinch of salt

1 teaspoon yeast

1 tablespoon powdered milk

Now, let’s begin the Procedure

Boil eggs hard and remove shells, keep aside for later use

Pour yeast into warm water along with some sugar and keep aside to activate yeast for 5 minutes. However, you can add the yeast directly into the dry ingredient mixture if you are sure the yeast is active.

In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.

Create a well in the flour mixture and pour yeast mixture, lukewarm water as needed, and mix thoroughly to have fine dough.

Keep dough to rise for about 30 minutes

Use your hand to cut the mixture to coat the already-boiled egg

Fry until golden brown.

Drain out the oil and serve.
