However today, our focus would be on Cocoa Powder beverages, many Nigerians can relate as this serves as one of the major ingredients in making tea at home while growing up.

INGREDIENTS

300g of Cocoa powder

200g of powdered sugar

50g of Milk flavouring powder

100g of Powder milk

2 Egg white

100g granulated sugar

Procedure:

Get a clean dry bowl, pour in your cocoa powder, Icing sugar & mix very well, add ur milk flavouring powder, the powder milk & mix.

Break your egg, remove the yolk, use only the white water & mix everything till it all blends very well.

Use ur hand to mix, then put it in the oven to dry very well, u will notice that it is done in the next 10 to 15mins but if u don’t have an oven u can use a stove or gas. U can double the pot, make sure you don’t allow it to get burned.
