– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup butter (2 sticks)

– 1 ¼ cups sugar

– 3 eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla

– ½ teaspoon cinnamon

– 3 tablespoons coffee

– ½ cup milk

For the Graham Cracker Crust:

– ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

– 3 tablespoons sugar

– ¼ cup melted butter

For the Filling:

– 1 cup mini marshmallows

– ¼ cup butter

– 1 cup powdered sugar

For the Frosting:

– ½ cup butter

– 2 cups powdered sugar

– 2-3 tablespoons milk

– 1 teaspoon vanilla

For the Topping:

– 2 chocolate bars, broken into pieces

– Chocolate sauce

– Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla, cinnamon, and brewed coffee.

5. Gradually add half of the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing well. Pour in the milk and mix until combined. Finally, add the remaining flour mixture and mix until the batter is smooth. Set aside.

6. In a separate medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

7. Line two muffin tins with cupcake liners and place 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker crust mixture into each liner. Press it down gently to form a crust.

8. Pour the cupcake batter on top of the graham cracker crust, filling each cup about two-thirds full.

9. Bake the cupcakes for 23-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.

10. Once the cupcakes have cooled, cut a small piece out of the top of each cupcake and set it aside.

11. To make the filling, place the marshmallows and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds, then stir. If needed, microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.

12. Spoon a teaspoon of the marshmallow filling into the hole of each cupcake and replace the top piece.

13. In a large bowl, beat the butter for the frosting until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the milk and vanilla, and continue to mix until the frosting reaches the desired consistency.

14. Transfer the frosting into a piping bag and pipe it onto the cupcakes.

15. Drizzle each cupcake with chocolate sauce, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, and place a piece of chocolate bar on top.
