We are in the generation of fast foods processed basically in industries. Most of the industrialized processed foods are packed with a lot of minerals and vitamins which has been a reason for the kids of the twenty-first century to be very bright and fast at learning. However, in as much as they are good in nutrients, there are some advantages and disadvantages associated with them.

In infancy and childhood, it’s uncommon to notice their side effects or disadvantages but as one progresses into adulthood especially when health challenges begin to set in, it then becomes necessary to curb the amount of fast foods one eats.

An ulcer is one of the common health challenges that affects virtually all age ranges. I was surprised when my nephew about seven was diagnosed with Hypilori. Well, that aside. Ulcer flares up when some of these processed foods are consumed but this varies from the individual and systemic rate of food assimilation. Processed foods are good which helps to provide the body with essential minerals and vitamins but they do less cleansing compared to natural or raw foods.

Weekly Meal Plan for Veggies

Naturals are foods ranging from cereals, grains, roots, tubers, bulbs, veggies to fruits. When those foods are cooked and consumed or consumed in their raw form (as with fruits and veggies) they perform the function of nutrification, moderation, and cleansing.

Lots of them have natural minerals and vitamins packed together but in a balanced proportion. For example, they nutrify by providing the body with minerals and vitamins and they moderate by checking and regulating the body’s cholesterol levels and clean by washing away dirt from our system through excretion and urination. Thus, at the age of forty, it’s advisable that an adult go more with naturals than processed.
